Return Policy

At Body Hottie Cosmetics, we take pride in offering high-quality products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Per our shipping policy, we are not responsible for damages that may occur in transit. Returns will be assessed on an individual bases. Please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

 

  • Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final. However, we will accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.
  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at bodyhottiecosmetics@gmail.com with the following information:

  •  Your order number
  •  A detailed description of the issue
  •  Photos or videos of the damage or defect
  • We may request further proof or ask for additional information to process your return.
  • Once we receive the required information, we will evaluate your request and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Non-Returnable Items
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

 

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  •  If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges

  •  If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the same steps as outlined under Damaged or Defective Items.
